The Site Search will include:
• Conduct in depth local site surveys in the target city.
• Develop and submit a comprehensive RFP (Request for Proposal) for selected land parcels.
• Review and compare proposals, select a ‘Short-List’ of sites.
• Verify infrastructure availability, cost, and timing for each site. Obtain feasibility studies for each site.
• Verify zoning and environmental classification of each site.
• Verify title documentation for each site.
• Incorporate operational research and analysis results of each site.
• Prepare final site analysis report.
