The TCP Department through a notification issued has said that unless the requisite road infrastructure connecting the plot, on which development is proposed, is physically available at the site, no permission is to be grantedThe Town and Country Planning (TCP) Department through a notification issued has said that unless the requisite road infrastructure connecting the plot on which development is proposed is physically available at site, no permission be granted."The directions are hereby issued under Section 132 of the Goa Town and Country Planning Act, 1974 to all the authorities not to grant any permissions, and not to issue any license for construction or grant any permission for any property development unless there exists a road connecting the plot proposed for development, as is required in terms of Building Construction Regulations," the notification issued by principal secretary (TCP) Parimal Rai reads. The authorities have been directed to strictly comply with the rules.
